Club Lavande Member Private Event Discount

 

When you become a member of Club Lavande, you'll receive a special one-time discount for 10% off a private event. This one-time use discount can be applied when booking your private event and will be deducted from the total invoice for your private event. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to past events and must be mentioned when you are booking your private event to be included on your event invoice.

 

Ticketed Event Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund policy:  Life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at info@sierrashadowsfarm.com at least 72 hours prior to the start of the workshop to receive a full refund.  We are unable to give refunds after 72 hours as supplies are already purchased.

Please note a minimum of 4 participants is required for any workshop. If we do not have minimum number of participants 24 hours prior to the event you will be notified by email and will be fully refunded.

 

 

 

Private Event Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Request to book a private event. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm the date, time, workshop type, and number of participants. You'll receive an invoice for the total cost of the event with a non-refundable $100 deposit due. The balance of your invoice will be due 48 hours prior to your event. 

 

 

Refund Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. If for any reason you need to cancel your event, your deposit may be used for a future private event.
